Our team
Real IPM owes its capacity to innovate and direct its energies to solve crop protection problems, to its independence and its exceptionally gifted and experienced team of field consultants and Senior Management Team.
Husband and wife Dr Henry Wainwright and Louise Labuschagne wholly own Real IPM and are Real IPM’s only Directors. Formed in 2004, the Company now provides employment for more than 100 Kenyan staff.
We have invested in a regional network of ten full time, experienced field consultants in Kenya, who provide hands-on support to growers in IPM programme management. Most of these consultants have also worked overseas in many other African and South American countries.
